Synopsis

Marcus offers Carol the unique opportunity to relay feedback to both Serena and himself. Carol enjoys being direct and damming, and as a result Serena is taken aback. Marcus then invites the team to give feedback to Carol in a group setting. She presumes her team loves her and that reviews will be glowing, but everyone except Casey has some critical feedback about Carol’s leadership and communication style.
