Synopsis

Dion has researched workforce agility and is now advising Carol and Marcus.

Carol’s idea of workforce agility is to get Dion to do the research that doesn’t interest her. She is therefore very surprised when he delivers an impromptu presentation on workforce agility that leaves her and Marcus impressed. Even Dion’s suggested nachos fountain as a way to make the office more social acquires its own appeal. Meanwhile Barney, Serena and Marcus search for ideas to improve their workforce agility. Not surprisingly, Serena—thinking of a handsome client down under—nominates Australia as a suitable alternate office location.

Cutting Edge Communication training videos are designed to provoke discussion and response. Contemporary, fast paced, short, character driven, sitcom-style comedies, these courses take an innovative approach to reaching today's learners. Through laughter, discussion and reaction, we can all develop a more transparent and shared vision of how we wish to behave, how we manage ourselves, and how we cooperate with others.

While some find them insensitive or even outrageous, the vast majority of viewers and participants have found them to be refreshing, stimulating and ideal for injecting energy and enthusiasm back into learning.
