Once & For All - 2020 IL meets the training requirements mandated under the Illinois Human Rights Act as well as the supplemental training mandated for restaurants and bars. Both the Employee and Manager courses include the following state-specific information:

• the definition of sexual harassment under the Illinois Human Rights Act
• the employees' rights in Illinois to report sexual harassment
• the reporting options
• remedies available

A supplemental document describes requirements for hotels and casinos under the Hotel and Casino Safety Act.
